Our Expertise
Six services, one way of working.
Whatever the entry point, every engagement starts with an initial consultation and, where it makes sense to go further, a paid scoping study. Retainers and mandates follow only when the work is defined.
From securing complex financing to optimizing overseas operations and preparing for strategic investments, our team provides the expert guidance you need to succeed. Explore our specialized areas below.

Service Categories

Japan Market Entry and Expansion Support
Japan entry for international technology companies, and overseas expansion for Japanese companies: partner and customer search, meetings and follow-up in Japanese, public-programme mapping, representation through a Japan Desk, and programme development for international sports, entertainment and technology properties.
How we work.
1. Initial consultation, no charge
we listen and tell you plainly whether Japan is worth your time now.
2. Scoping study, fixed fee,
four to six weeks
who your partners, customers and public programmes could be, and how to approach them. We are paid to say no when the answer is no.
3. Japan Desk and mandates
a quarterly Japan Desk retainer for representation, meetings and monthly reporting, and feasibility or execution mandates once a project is defined.
Fees are quoted per engagement after the initial consultation.
