We have updated the company information on this site. The About page and the footer now carry our 会社概要: registered trade name, date of incorporation (17 December 2025), capital, representative, registered office in Otemachi, corporate number 9010001261383, Legal Entity Identifier 9845007E4A3J8D9D2D84 and qualified invoice issuer number. The services pages have been restructured around five services: Japan Market Entry and Expansion Support, ECA Financing Advisory, Support for Japanese Companies Overseas, Investor Readiness and US Capital Markets Access through SPAC, each with the same three-stage way of working (initial consultation without charge, scoping study, Japan Desk and mandates). A privacy policy and a revised disclaimer are linked from every page. Enquiries reach us through the contact page; we reply within two business days in English or Japanese.
